Jason Dove is known primarily as a musician who performs regularly with his two bands, Vacation Face and Beard. Jason has released three solo albums, two of which were recorded by legendary record producer, J. Robbins. He most recently released his latest solo album “Illegal Activities,” on The Beechfields. Dove has also backed legendary folk-hero and rock icon, Daniel Johnston on several occasions.

Jason has been making comedy shorts since 2007. He starred in all 3 episodes of Director Michael Bowen’s video series DJ’s. Dove also appeared in the award-winning Red Star KGB short Try Hard in Baltimore, 2009. Most recently Jason has written, directed and starred in The Klang Tour Journals, Burn Books for Peace as well as 20 episodes of The Jason Dove Diaries.
