As for a formal biography…
Jason Dove’s early years were spent in Harford County, Maryland, the youngest of five children. His interest in music manifested by his third birthday, and by the age of ten he was inventing songs and forming imaginary bands with kids from his neighborhood. He began playing guitar at the age of twelve, shortly after his family moved to Richmond Hill, Georgia. Richmond Hill, a suburb of the city of Savannah, provided Jason with a rich musical environment saturated with unadulterated blues and classic rock. By his fifteenth birthday Dove was writing music, playing in rock and roll bands and performing live. Under his older brother’s tutelage Jason also began to experiment with multi-track recording to facilitate and develop his abilities as a songwriter.
Jason currently resides in Baltimore where he continues feverishly to be engaged in all manner of artistic pursuit. To contact Jason, please use the form below.
